Artist's Comments

Here we go, finally I finished it :). His full name is Micheal Kenji Shinoda, the most effective member of Linkin Park. Dedicated to all Linkin Park fans.

This took me around 4 days, cuz I thought the background should be some thing related to him. And I decided to remake some of his art work for Linkin park and Fort Minor to be the background. You can find the original foto for it here:

The fact is, I was too lazy to draw all his body, so when I started with the jacket, I stopped rite half of his chest :D. Sorry for that Mike.

I added some digital text to it to fill in the blank places of the pic where I supposed to draw something, but like I said, I was too lazy for it :">. This was done on an A4 sized paper with a 5B pencil.

I took the name Kenji cuz it is his middle name and also the name of one of his songs for Fort Minor "Kenji" which told the story about his father's life and the terrible facts of the World War II.

Ok, now I have some kinda game for ya. I didn't sign my logo in the pic like I did the last time with Chester, but instead, I hid it in this pic, so who can spot it, please leave a comment to let me know you found it :D, hehe. This could be some thing fun before we can watch video clip "Given Up" this February 17th :D.

First, without looking at Mike, the background is very, very unique and great. It's not boring and it looks like you put a lot of love and patience into it.
And about the details, I hope I got it. Because it looks like you filled the background with things Mike 'created'. Or he was involved into the founding or creation of it.
The background is really very special, I wouldn't think of something like that. And maybe it's not the idea itself, it's more how you did it.
Second, Mike. What can I say? It's obvious that it's Mike and...the best part about is that it's not just a portrait of him, it's not just drawn. It shows so much and mostly, it shows what you put into it. The patience and time and love and whatever else.

It is really fabulous. I can't wait for the next one of yours. :D Keep it up, dude!

It's so kind of you for the long and very lovely comment :). Thank you so much for it :), definitely, I did this with all my love for Linkin and Mike, he's my favourite member of the band with so many talents. And yeah, the background was filled with all his art works, and things he gave a hand to make :). The idea came to me when I thought I should do something new and more creative about this, cuz I put in this so much enthusiasm of mine :). Once again, thanks so much for your comment, very appreciate that you spent time for this :)

The best about Mike are his art works. I love his work so much and you redrew it really great.
And you can see and feel the love you put into it. It's a real dedication - not only to us, especially to Mike.
I hope you'll get the chance to win an M&G and that you can give the drawing to Mike. He'd love it. ;)
