Superman Portrait

My newest drawing practising, I want to do something more reality about Superman, the idea came from the amazing arts of Alex Ross, he's so incredible. His arts made me want to do this and I did it in about 1 hour with pencil and an A5 paper. After I scan it and edit, I see if I increase the contrast it'll look good too, so I wrap them up and put them here asking for your opinions. Which is better? The original or the high contrast one?

I'll be pleased if you help me. Anyway, there was one lil mistake in this, that was the left eye was a lil too far to the other one.
