You want to find someone who's faster than the Flash? Then here he is, the Turbo Charge from Capital Comics' universe :D. Created by :iconskywarp-2: and his super awsome MOC challenge. Chek his journal for more information.

To tell the truth, I took hell a lot of sketch for this charactor. I was trying to give him a more dramatic view, but hell, I sucked at all of them, then I decided to do this instead.

I did a lil re-design for his costume.

Haha, I'm pretty damn sure he's faster than the flash cuz he has protection for his eyes before the wind :D, the flash doesn't :D
